A Leadership training organization Princeton Leadership Forum (PLF) over the weekend held its Zonal Leaders Retreat in Abuja.
The retreat tagged “LEADERS ENCOUNTER RETREAT 2021” had participants drawn from the six Geo-political zones of Nigeria.
The 3-day retreat was held at DRACC Centre, Abuja between 24th and 27th of February, with the theme “UNDERSTANDING THE PRINCIPLES OF SERVANT LEADERSHIP”
Four Speakers were on ground to take participants through the retreat to equip them with knowledge as young Leaders.
Day one of the retreat witnessed participants arrival and registratration while the second day followed with the retreat proper. The first Speaker Mr. Iroy Nwerenem spoke on Authentic Leadership while Prof. Nuhu Attah took the participant through “The Principle of Loyalty in Leadership”
The third day had Mrs. Muna Onuzo, SA to Honourable Minister of State for Education take the participants on The Principles of Consistency in Leadership while Amb. Chibuzo Okereke spoke on The Principles of Personal Discipline in Private and Public Sector Leadership.
After the trainings the organization proceeded to a strategic meeting where structures and programs of the organization were ratified.
Speaking at the end of the end of the retreat the President and Founder of the organization, Prince Chibuike Echem thanked Speakers and participant for their sacrifice especially those who travelled from afar to be part of the retreat.
He encouraged young people across the country to join the organization through the zones and be part as trainings and programs of the organization will be rolled out for the year.
The participants who were thrilled by the content of the retreat reiterated their commitment to grow with the knowledge and see that the organization achieves its mandate.
